How long does it take to receive my stair rods?
Zorrods ships most orders within 24 hour of receiving them. Orders are shipped UPS Ground which can take up to five days to reach the retail store where they were purchased. Faster shipping methods are available if requested.

What is the warranty on Zorrods products?
Zorrods guarantees that all products are free from defect or we will replace it with a similar item. No refund checks are issued and Zorrods is not responsible for installation, un-installation, re-installation, labor or trip charges associated with the replacement of a product, regardless of reason for the replacement.
How do I clean my stair rods?
Zorrods’ products have a protective lacquer coating to resist tarnishing. Use only a dry soft cloth when cleaning the stair rods. Do not use any cleansers, abrasives, or brass cleaners as they may remove the protective lacquer coating and cause tarnishing.
Will stair rods secure my runner in place?
Stair rods are for decorative use only and not a form of carpet installation. Use of another means of securing carpet is necessary for all stair runners.
